National Police Remembrance Day will be observed around our nation this Friday, 27th September 2024. National Police Remembrance Day is a time for members of Victoria Police and the community to honour the dedicated police members who have paid the ultimate sacrifice whilst serving the community.
There is an open invitation to all police members (veterans and serving), their families and the wider Victorian community to attend the march and parade, which commences at 10am from Princes Bridge and proceeds along St Kilda Road to the Victoria Police Memorial, King’s Domain, Melbourne. A remembrance service will follow at the Victoria Police Memorial, Kings Domain.
Regional Services - National Police Remembrance Day will also be recognised with remembrance services across the state. Follow the link for information about the various services and the dates on which they are being held (which varies).
