Notice is hereby given that the following resolution will be proposed as a Special Resolution at the Special General Meeting of Victoria Police Legacy Scheme Incorporated to be held on:

Resolution
‘That the Constitution of Victoria Police Legacy Scheme Incorporated be repealed in its entirety and replaced with the Constitution attached to the Notice of Meeting.’
Voting Requirement
This resolution is proposed as a Special Resolution and, in accordance with the Constitution and the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic), must be passed by not less than 75% of the votes cast by members entitled to vote, present in person or by proxy at the meeting.
