VPL shares 'World of Difference' experience with the Rotary Club of Richmond

Published: Wednesday 21 August 2024

On Monday 19th August, VPL were delighted to be invited to the Rotary Club of Richmond to share with the group the wonderful humanitarian, personal development program our Young Adult Police Legatees undertook last year in Cambodia, thanks to an initiative with Rotary District 9800's World of Difference program.

It was great to have police legatee Matthew Aitken in attendance to discuss the effect the experience had on the attending group and difference they made within the community, followed by police legatee Brendan Mason who spoke about the upcoming trip and the impact it will make on the Cambodian community, and to the lives of VPL's Young Adult Police Legatees.

Thanks to VPL Ambassadors Barry Hickman and Inspector Carla McIntyre, VPL's Youth Development and Engagement Coordinator Shane Donaldson, and Police Legatees Matthew Aitken and Brendan Mason for joining the event.
