Club XLI is a group of Police Veterans and members of Melbourne’s business community that offers youth scholarships in the memory of Constable Angela Rose Taylor. The scholarships are offered to younger police legatees to assist with secondary, university or TAFE educational studies.
Applications include an explanation as to how the funds will be spent, how the scholarship will benefit the student, and any special considerations or financial hardships that the scholarship may alleviate.
