Vic Pol Veterans (a Facebook group of police veterans) provide the funds as a one off ‘grant’ to a younger police legatee, to assist with secondary school, university or TAFE educational studies. The grant may be used for education course costs, accommodation or other study expenses.
The overall aim of the grant is to provide a young police legatee with the opportunity to improve their study experience and achieve positive outcomes that might not otherwise be possible.
