On Thursday 30th January, Police Legatee and Police Veteran Chief Superintendent John Barclay was honoured to attend a Victoria Police graduation, hosted by VPL Ambassador Acting Senior Sergeant Gary Watson, and as special guest of VPL Patron, Chief Commissioner Shane Patton APM.
