On Thursday 31st July, Police Legatee Helen Stewart had the honour of attending a Victoria Police graduation ceremony at the Victoria Police Academy hosted by VPL Ambassador Inspector Terry Rowlands, and as special guest of Chief Commissioner Mike Bush CNZM.
